Erica Buckley is the President and CEO of Buckley & Associates. Her practice is entirely personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Erica enjoys representing a diverse clientele in negotiation, trials, arbitrations, and the Court of Appeals. In her years of practice at Buckley & Associates she has successfully resolved over 500 injury and wrongful death cases and has recovered millions of dollars for clients. Erica has earned employee of the year honors and attorney of the year awards, which is awarded to the Buckley & Associates attorney with the largest single jury verdict for the year, she was also recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, and was rated one of the Top 10 attorneys for years 2017 and 2018 by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
Erica’s other passion is volunteer work. She has donated hundreds of hours of pro bono work helping those who cannot afford legal representation. She is a member of the Junior League of Seattle, a women’s service organization, and a member of the Treehouse Board of Directors, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of foster children.
Erica graduated with a B.A. in political science from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. She is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Washington and California and is a member of multiple professional organizations including: the National Bar Association, the Loren Miller Bar Association, Washington State Association for Justice, and others. She has participated in professional development programs such as Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College and the Washington Leadership Institute.
Erica enjoys camping, attending concerts, plays, and sporting events. She is married and has three beautiful children.
