Erica Buckley is the President and CEO of Buckley & Associates. Her practice is entirely personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Erica enjoys representing a diverse clientele in trials and arbitrations and recently argued a case at the Court of Appeals. In her years of practice at Buckley & Associates she has successfully resolved over 250 injury and wrongful death cases and has recovered millions of dollars for clients. Erica has earned employee of the year honors and was recently awarded attorney of the year, which is awarded to the Buckley & Associates attorney with the largest single jury verdict of the year.
Erica’s other passion is volunteer work. She has donated hundreds of hours of pro bono work helping those who cannot afford legal representation. She is a member of the Junior League of Seattle, a women’s service organization, and a member of the Treehouse Young Professionals Board, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of foster children.
Erica graduated with a B.A. in political science from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. She graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Washington and California and is a member of multiple professional organizations including: the National Bar Association, the Loren Miller Bar Association, Washington State Association for Justice, and others. She has participated in professional development programs such as Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College and the Washington Leadership Institute.
Erica enjoys camping, and attending concerts, plays, and sporting events. She is married to Rashad and has a gorgeous dog named Carlos.
