Efrem Krisher is an attorney who emphasizes insurance coverage and negotiations. He has been negotiating settlements for clients of Buckley & Associates for over 14 years. He has recovered millions of dollars for our clients through negotiation. He has been awarded Buckley & Associates “Negotiator of the Year” award several times. Mr. Krisher is also the supervisor of the pre-litigation section and supervises five case managers.
Before coming to Buckley & Associates, he spent 18 years working for insurance companies and four years in private practice. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, Judge Advocate General Corps, U.S.A.R.
Mr. Krisher is originally from Long Island, New York. He is a graduate of S.U.N.Y. Maritime College and received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in 1976. Mr. Krisher has been active in the Washington State Bar Association serving as chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board and as a member of the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection. Mr. Krisher also serves as a Settlement Guardian Ad Litem for the King County Superior Court and is a Lemon Law Arbitrator for the Washington State Lemon Law program.
Outside of the office, Mr. Krisher enjoys being with family including a new grandson, playing duplicate bridge, traveling and riding trains and reading mysteries. He currently serves as a volunteer in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary where he is a certified vessel examiner.
